Successful business (week 7)

Personally, I would say that a successful bussines would be that in which bosses do not take advantage of their position of power and work in order to help the employees and make an effort to guarantee a great working environment. In addition, workers should respect one each other and provide help when needed. No one should look for their personal success but for the company's success as a real team. 

I believe a successful bussines must have fearless employees in order to make important decisions without being afraid of failure. Furthermore, when things get complicated due to external factors such as economic crisis in a country, these workers should be confident to achieve the company's aims without fearing anything. A successful bussines also needs an expert in finances in order to lead the company to an economic growth so that it can expand and generate profit. Although everyone should work as a team and cooperate in a bussines, every individual should be able to become a lider to rule and help their partners when requested. One of the most important things is to have a positive attitude so that everyone would feel comfortable and work in a positive working environment. To finish off I would say it is essential to have a family that support workers when they feel snowed under the weather or need some advice. 

This week I have discovered a british youtuber called Zoella. She uploads videos every day and they last from 20 to 30 minutes each. She is extremely funny so I enjoy watching her videos while I am learning English. 

I have also given English lessons to my little cousin. He is 10 years old and he is not good at idioms. However, the more he studies the more he learns.
